In Beachwood Ohio one of the state’s wealthiest districts says a disabled student slated to graduate June 6 may be barred from commencement unless a dispute over training is resolved. The student has a brain tumor history, learning and physical disabilities, blindness in one eye, narcolepsy and catatonia. The district says it spends about 17 000 per pupil and serves 1600 students in five schools.
