Oldcastle to build at former Ford Nisan site with tax abatement
Oldcastle APG Midwest plans a 60 percent ten year tax abatement for a new plant on Abbe Road Sheffield. The project would create 24 to 26 jobs in year one rising to about 40 within three years. Square footages include a 37000 building for pavement stone equipment and a 7000 building for decorative stone and sand. The facility aims to open by October and target home supply stores in Northern Ohio Detroit and western Pennsylvania. Oldcastle is CRH plc subsidiary.
