Boy Found Wandering in Columbus Sought by Mother
A six year old black boy with a suitcase wandered the streets until police found him Sunday night on Columbus east side. Foster care was arranged as Franklin County Children Services and Nancy Essex seek the boy’s mother who allegedly told him to leave. The child speaks with a speech impediment, cannot print his name clearly, and only prints zeroes. The boy, about 3 feet 5 inches tall and 60 pounds, wore a brown shirt, green pants, and brown shoes.
