A four year old boy named Charlie Todd returned home three days after authorities believed his mother had kicked him out. He had wandered away from his parents during a weeklong stay with a 70 year old babysitter, Lillie May Jackson, on Columbus east side. Police say no charges are expected. the parents were unreachable by phone and did not know the child was missing until Tuesday morning.
