Paris reports Leon Blum age 77 and three time premier of France died today at Jouy en Josas near Versailles, ten days before his 78th birthday. He suffered heart attack after a long fight with inflammatory vein disease, after an operation last year. He led the Popular Front government in 1936 introducing labor reforms including the 40 hour week and minimum wage.
