Bug spray man pleads guilty in Lorain County case

Lutellis Kilgore 69 of Elyria admitted to possession of criminal tools licensing violations and multiple counts of unlawful acts and vandalism for spraying hundreds of homes with a toxic pesticide. He faces up to five years per count with concurrent federal time and a 24 month federal minimum. Southside set for housing boost from HUD program

Elyria residents on the southside may own homes through a new initiative by the Elyria Neighborhood Center.
