Railroader Pinned Under Box Car in Parma
Cleveland. Anthony Horchik, 28, a B and O brakeman, was pinned under a boxcar in suburban Parma. He lost both legs above the knee after 99 minutes of rescue work while remaining conscious. He had just returned to work after a long layoff caused by coal shortages. Attendants at Deaconess said he faced a fighting chance for survival.
