Millionaire Cullen and Ken Davis agreed to reorganize Kendavis Holding Co under Chapter 11 in U S Bankruptcy Court in Fort Worth. Kendavis Industries International, a management subsidiary, is also to be reorganized. Creditors claim the firms owe more than 300 million dollars, with eight banks seeking involuntary bankruptcy after 18 months of failed negotiations.
