Teen-claims toxic shock changed her personality in trial
An 18 year old Denver college freshman Deretha Dawn Lampshire testifies in U S District Court that a weeklong toxic shock syndrome from Rely tampons altered her personality from outgoing and ambitious to recluse and apathetic. The case against Procter & Gamble is the first of about 400 combined suits reaching trial and may set precedent.
