Vietnamese refugees offer to leave Texas coast boats for inland jobs
Vietnamese refugee fishermen in Seabrook say they will quit the Texas coast if charities help them sell boats and find inland work. Gov. Clement's aide Allen Clark said YMCA and US Catholic Charities will identify volunteers willing to relocate, easing tensions after arson-damaged vessels. Officials plan further meetings in Palacios and Rockport.
