William Neff, 35, of Elyria, loses life Saturday night when a fishing boat capsizes in Lake Erie near Lorain. Neff’s body recovered by lifeguards about 9:30 p m. Coroner M E Perry rules drowning. Neff’s companion swam to shore safely. The incident occurred about three quarters of a mile from shore between Municipal Beach and the Ohio Public Service Company powerhouse.
