Julius Toth, 28, of Elyria R D No 3, died in an early morning crash when his car hit a concrete culvert on Pearl Avenue at Lorain city limits. Coroner M E Perry ruled accidental death from a broken neck, right leg, and right arm. The vehicle struck the culvert’s left side as the road narrows. Toth likely failed to turn. He lived with his parents and was unmarried.

Two Youths Injured in Akron Area Motorcycle Crash
Two Akron youths, Albert Jenks 19 and Joseph Ducoch 18, were injured last night when their motorcycle was struck by an automobile carrying Detroit men between Kipton and Brighton. One man in the car was jailed on intoxication charges. driver James Roberts of Detroit fled. Benjamin N. Cooper, also of Detroit, was found with the car and said Roberts had disappeared with the others after the crash. Cooper told officers Roberts went to a field to sleep, then vanished.
