Mikus backs public vote on judge issue
Lorain County Common Pleas Administrative Judge Paul J Mikus said he was not surprised by the Ohio House of Representatives vote against merit selection for supreme court and appeals court judges. He supports an initiative to amend the Ohio Constitution to provide merit selection in the November 6 election.
