Avon Lake plans West Winds 587 units at Bay border
Avon Lake officials announced a large West Winds development by Herman Bucky Kopf featuring 587 housing units on 195 acres between Lear Nagle Road and the Bay Village limit. Half will be single family, rest luxury condos and multi family. Construction could start in 1-2 years, finish in 7-8, with plans including a pool and tennis courts.
