Supt of Lima Institution Reports Sanity in Dzouclis Murder Case
Antonio Dzouclis of Lorain has been found sane and his murder trial in the Lorain common pleas court will resume Monday before Judge W. B Thompson. Dzouclis is charged with killing his son in law William Dineff, 22, after Dineff eloped with Dzouclis daughter Sophia. He had been at Lima State Hospital since May 23 for mental observation following hysteria in court. Doctor Vorbau, supt of Lima, certified sanity after two Lorain physicians declared him insane. The trial, started May 12, faced postponements. the court agreed to further observation before resumption.

Boy 15 Arrested After Pawnshop Shootout in Boston
A 15 year old, claiming to be a New York killer known as Tom the murderous maniac, was arrested after shooting pawnshop proprietor Abraham Beck during a robbery attempt at 84 Dover Street in the South End. Beck survived a thigh wound. the youth, Frank J. Page of Long Island City, attempted suicide in his cell but failed.

Boy Drowns Dragging For Body In Conneaut Harbor
Dragging operations in Conneaut Harbor today sought the body of Louis Flynn a 15 year old who drowned while attempting to swim across a 3900 foot channel from one pier to another. His companion Vernon Matthews aged 13 witnessed him sink after crying out he was tired. The search involved dock policemen and private citizens.

Amherst man fined 1000 dollars and sent to Toledo
George Bailey of Amherst was fined 1000 dollars and costs and ordered committed to the Toledo house of correction until paid after a morning appearance in Judge Walter H. Watts court. Sheriff officers raided last night and found two gallons of alleged whiskey and 35 gallons of alleged beer. The Toledo transfer replaces the usual county jail confinement due to six month holding limits. Sheriff Clarence E. Adams cited prisoners avoiding longer terms by paying fines.

Former Elyrian Wounded In Gun Fight
John Nelson, 23, a former Elyrian wanted on a warrant charging abandonment, was wounded in a Cadett Wisconsin gun battle last Saturday. The human society warrant is held by the sheriff. Wisconsin authorities will not release him for local authorities as the offense here is minor compared to the charge there. His wounds were slight.

Toledoan recovers body of missing man in Lake Erie tragedy
In Toledo Ohio on June 21 the body of Internal Revenue Collector Charles H. Nauts of Toledo was recovered by coast guardsmen from Lake Erie after his motor launch sank a week earlier. Eccentric kills family at West Rock Park
New Haven Connecticut June 21 six members of one family died when Raymond Spang an eccentric threw his wife and four children over a 400 foot cliff at West Rock Park. He then killed himself by leaping down the hill after firing a shot at bystanders. The wife and two children died at once one son about eight died in a hospital. Hundreds watched as he removed a shoe blessed himself and plunged to his death after dropping the family over the precipice.
