Lorain housing case sentences handed to four defendants
In the Lorain federal housing scandal trial, three of four defendants were sentenced in Columbus. Eric Jacobezz received 2 to 15 years plus a 5000 dollar fine. Michael Koury 1 to 10 years and 7500 dollars. Sanford Prudoff 1 to 10 years and 1000 dollars. Maxine Koury got probation and 750 dollars fine. Theo Ristas and Theodore Patouhas each 500 dollar fines for pleas of no contest. Gaspar Flores and Robert Mounts were fined 500 dollars after guilty pleas. Ronald Gold and Andreto Fernandez had their charges dismissed.
