Delene Bogart 14 persuaded her captor Harold Still 32 of Carlisle Ohio to turn himself in after an 18 hour kidnapping from a riverbank picnic. Still escaped a North Carolina prison and was held in Citrus County Jail on multiple charges including kidnapping and robbery.

Robbery Suspect Held After Elyria Bank Heist

Syria to lift blockade and pull troops from Lebanon
