Heinrich Frank 21 of 141 Fuller Road was found injured along Grafton Road near Fuller Road soon after 2 a.m. He suffered brain concussion skull lacerations and other injuries while riding home from Couch-Uthe Co. Deputies seek the hit skipp er motorist and describe Frank as a recent immigrant to the United States living with his great aunt and uncle. He is in fair condition at Elyria Memorial Hospital.
Lorain County Fair plans include a nationalist pageant of local nationalities on August 21, a tractor pulling contest for Lorain county farm tractors with four weight classes, rubber tires, and owner drivers. A professional aerial act and eight acts cross a three to four day show, plus a saddle horse show with 13 classes and divisions, return to the program.
