Liability and medical expense coverages over 60 days may be revoked only for non payment of premium fraudulent claims statements and driving under the influence. An additional Family Compensation Coverage pays daily disability and death benefits hospital and medical bills for accident injuries to policyholders their family or car occupants. Over 90 percent of Nationwide policyholders renew each year.
