Gunman robs Dunkin Doughnuts in Amherst
A lone gunman stole an undetermined amount from a cash register at Dunkin Doughnuts on Route 58 in Amherst Saturday night. Police were alerted at 11:28 p.m. No injuries reported. The suspect, about 23 years old, 5 foot 9, medium build, covered his face during the robbery.

Cleveland hospital expands Life Flight program by approving Life Flight II to begin July 1. The spare chopper will supplement Life Flight I, which started 21 months ago, as demand rises to about three transports daily in summer.
