Annexation Petitions Move Toward Lorain Commissioners
The Citizens Annexation Committee will present petitions to the Lorain County Board of Commissioners at the Monday quarterly meeting. If valid, a public hearing will be set within 60 days. Lorain City Council is expected to consider the annexation of parts of Black River Elyria Sheffield and Amherst townships. The 4T Civic League may oppose with counter petitions, but no details were provided.
