Drowning Case Triggers $50 000 Suit Against City Ice Co
A five year old, Nick Dimitri Jr., of West 1st Avenue, died when he fell into an abandoned well on the City Ice and Fuel Co property after sod covering gave way. The administrator of the child's estate, Lon B. Adams of Lorain, filed a $50,000 suit claiming the stone cover on the well was removed when an old house on the property was razed.

William Dawson 61 of 29 Morgan Street Oberlin died at Allen Memorial Hospital at 1 55 pm yesterday after a period of illness.
