Doctors Clinic raid nets 146576 in cash and records

State and federal agents seized 146576 dollars in cash along with prescription and treatment records at Doctors Clinic Eaton Township owned by Dr Leonard Faymore and staff. About 30 agents searched the clinic after a seven week probe into alleged improper dispensing of controlled drugs. No arrests were made and the clinic planned to reopen later Wednesday.

Lorain County officials watch the census count, hoping for a population over 275,001 to trigger salary raises. If reached, salaries for Clerk of Courts, Recorder, Commissioners, Prosecutor, Engineer, Coroner, Auditor, Treasurer, and Sheriff would rise by specified amounts effective April 1.
