Carter trade curbs raise U S Soviet supply concerns
UPI report notes President Carter's decision to require licenses for oil technology exports to the Soviet Union and to cancel a Sperry Univac sale to Tass for the 1980 Moscow Olympics. Business leaders warn it may reduce U.S. jobs and shift orders to foreign rivals while some say long term Soviet growth could suffer without access to advanced U.S. oil equipment.
