All felony charges against Cleveland City Council President George L. Forbes were dismissed by a judge who said the prosecution had no case. On her home course she holed an eagle chip on number 12 and sealed the win with a birdie on 16. The forecast called for clear conditions with a low in the 50s and sunny skies with highs around 80.
