Ohio extends in-state tuition to out-of-state veterans
Gov. Ted Strickland and Board of Regents Chancellor Eric Fingerhut announced that Ohio public colleges and universities will charge in-state tuition to out-of-state veterans. The plan aims to attract and retain students, with spouses and children also included. State officials could not estimate participation or provide a date.
