Passenger seeks dismissal in Oberlin fatal crash suit
Elyria, Ohio. Bradley Nichols seeks dismissal from a civil case over Creighton Green's death, arguing he could not control driver Jonathan Drake. Drake, 21, was sentenced to four to 10 years for aggravated vehicular homicide after Creighton, 16, died June 27, 1996 near Oberlin Country Club. Nichols contends no special relationship existed to permit influence over Drake.
