City plans two mile water main on Murray Ridge Road
Guinta reports a two mile water main project along Murray Ridge Road between Albrecht Road and Lowell Street with 19 property owners slated to pay assessments. Five landowners appealed to a three member equalization board which granted a full waiver. The Rules Committee rejects the decision and will appoint new board members to review the assessments again. The board will hear appeals July 23 and report back to the committee. If not started by August 20 the city risks losing $62,000 in state funding, offsetting costs.
