Jerry Fowle, 62, of Erhart Northern Road, Grafton, was found unconscious Monday morning on Cowley Road north of Route 303. He was taken to University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center in stable condition. Fowle’s wife reported he was missing his running shoes. no foul play is suspected.
