Motorist fined $250 and costs in DUI case
Joseph W. McIntosh 32 of 205 North West River St was fined 250 and costs by Elyria Municipal Judge Frank W Wilcox after pleading no contest to driving while under the influence. He received 10 days in city jail and a one year driving suspension. He faced another conviction for driving with a suspended license with 150 fine and 10 days jail.
