Soviet space satellite with reactor falls over Canada

White House reported a Soviet Cosmos satellite with a small nuclear reactor burned up in the atmosphere over northwest Canada. Brzezinski said contamination risk was minimal and that U.S. Air Force planes sampled the air near Great Slave Lake. Napkin clue helps arrest in Brunswick murder case

Police linked a motel napkin bearing a phone number to the Highlander Motor Inn and a room number found with William C. McNeil's body.
