Sheffield Lake officials including Service Superintendent Pat Hastings and Mayor Dennis Bring seek 545,935 in Ohio Water Development Authority loans to replace aging Lake Breeze Road water mains. Hastings notes mains 6 to 12 inches wide date to the 1920s and cites multiple breaks last summer as proof of need.
