King Choir Plans Rehearsal and Senior Social at YWCA
The Elyria YWCA will host a monthly senior social from 2 to 4 pm on the second Friday, starting Jan 12 at Holly Hall 318 West Ave. The program features square dancing by Elsie and George Bultz, card games, refreshments, and costs $1 per person for ages 50 and over. Also, Lorain County Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Memorial Choir holds a 5 pm rehearsal at Jones Chapel A M E Church for a January 14 service in observance of Dr. King’s birthday. new members welcome.

Union Savings Moves Elyria Office Across Mall
Union Savings Association will relocate its Elyria office from the Midway Mall Shopping Center to a free standing 2000 square foot building on Midway Boulevard and Tillitson Road directly across from the mall. The new office opens January 16 with energy savings features, six teller stations, an auto teller window, and ample parking. Hours will be 9 to 4 Tuesday to Thursday, 9 to 8 Friday, and 9 to 3 Saturday.
