Stampede in Sheffield area as horse tramples woman
Estella Lacey, 49, of 2856 Dunton Rd, Sheffield Township, was trampled by a white horse while talking with a neighbor. Deputies said the horse charged from nowhere, injuring her ankle and vanishing. she was treated at St Joseph Hospital. A search found no owner or stable.
