Public Service Company letters Elyria rate position

The Ohio Public Service Company submitted a letter to council detailing its stance on electric rates. It notes $442,862 in improvements and a third transmission line, plus $188,000 in annual local taxes, arguing the policy favors greater consumption and lower daily costs for users.
