Elyria orders first reading of city income tax ordinance
The Elyria city council gave the income tax ordinance its first reading with three readings required before enactment. North Korea threatens punishment for Pueblo crew
North Korean Embassy official Zang le Zoon said at a news conference the crew of the U S Navy intelligence ship Pueblo will be punished.
