The Elyria Selective Service board plans to review local registrants aged up to 28 who are in Class 2A or 4-F and hold certificates of fitness at pre-induction exams. It will reclassify non-fathers under Class TeA for induction without new exams and will accept volunteers aged 14 to 34 under certain conditions.
