Local notices and fragments from a damaged page
Fragmentary OCR reads like a local notices page with names and events scattered. Some readable names appear to be Mrs Michael Seleera and Mrs Chae Yeller, with references to a river and a trap incident. The text is garbled and hard to parse, but cryptic mentions of individuals and possible deaths or events remain.
