Mrs Nagy Sentenced to A Year in Reformatory
Mrs Helen Nagy 30 was sentenced by Common Pleas Judge A R Webber to one year in the Marysville Reformatory for Women and fined 3500 and costs after a jury found her guilty of a third offense liquor charge. Her husband Steve Nagy, an inmate in the state penitentiary for a similar offense, testified for the defense. The judge called it the saddest spectacle he had seen in court and suspended execution until December 15 to allow preparation for confinement. bond set at 1500 for appearance.

Hunters Arrested After Chase in Grafton District
Grafton D December 6 A pursuit over hill and dale led Marshal Joe Novesky to arrest and convict two of four unlicensed hunters, three Clevelanders. John Lot of Grafton and Mike Polkowski of Cleveland were captured after a long chase. Polkowski paid $25 and costs, Lot paid $25 later in court. The other two hunters may still be at large.
