Power and lighting service closed to new applicants
It is with regret that we announce we cannot accept new applications for power and lighting service until after March 16, 1921. We will continue to accept applications from customers who already wired their homes. Our Lorain transmission line is overloaded and two sub stations are at danger levels. Electrical equipment has a safe load limit and Elyria’s limit has been reached. Extensible improvements are needed before additional load is possible.
