A man suffered third degree burns and was hospitalized after a gas tampering explosion at a vacant Cleveland townhome. Fire officials say the blast, reported around 7 30 p m on the east side, shattered windows on multiple floors. Police indicate the incident was not accidental and an investigation continues.
