Jurors Inspect Cemetery In Landmark Ridge Hill Case
Jurors in Judge A R Webber s court were taken to Ridge Hill Cemetery to view parts of the premises in the lawsuit of Russell Aughtenbaugh against Ridge Hill Development Company for 2250. Aughtenbaugh says he had a year contract to supervise lakes and landscaping at the cemetery and was discharged after five months. The company contends he was incompetent. Jurors were escorted by Court Bailiff J Jackson.

In Cincinnati Ohio December 1 Po Hee police report a hitch-hiking man and woman robbed Andrew Korn of Kenton Ohio of his auto after Korn offered them a lift south of Lebanon. The man, about 21 and 200 pounds, produced a gun and forced Korn from the car, taking his money. The couple then fled toward Cincinnati. Korn did not specify the amount stolen.
