Kenneth Oshogay a 17 year old Chippewa who spent six weeks in the county jail since July 15 is released and sent toward his reservation near Stone Lake Wisconsin. Juvenile officer Mrs Jane Patterson says bus fare and meals totaling 25 dollars were provided from a sales tax stamp fund used for cases not financed by public funds. Lochran police picked him up after a local incident and authorities chose not to hold him but he had no money to return. Fellow prisoners collected funds and the department covered the return costs. He had written to his father for fare but the father could not provide it.
