Elyrian Dies At Wheel Of Auto In Elyria
Fred Phillips 76 of 161 Spruce street suffered a heart attack while driving on Woodland Avenue at 5 15 P M yesterday. His car, following his grandson’s vehicle, rolled on after Phillips collapsed and struck the rear of the other car. He was pronounced dead at Elyria Memorial Hospital. Survived by wife Margaret four children two sisters and many grandchildren. Funeral planned Saturday at Nichols Funeral Home at 1 30 P M with burial at Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
