Lorain bias case hearing set in federal court
Lorain City Schools will appear in US District Court in Cleveland for a pre trial hearing in a $25 000 discrimination suit filed by Georgia Waller on behalf of her daughter Zenobia. The suit contends band director James Huckemeyer excluded Zenobia from a half time show because she is black and claims he announced a permanent replacement last October. The district says no such removal occurred and no policy authorized the action.

Court hearing set for spa owner
Gloria Duk Won Wang, 23, faces two prostitution charges and one promoting prostitution charge. A preliminary hearing is set for Thursday at 9 30 a.m. in Municipal Court before Judge James Horn.
