Louis Kahan, 31, a former Marine who served in 1967 near Danang, was found not guilty by reason of insanity after killing 17-year-old Le My Hanh in his Queens apartment building. Psychiatrists tied the act to his reliving Vietnam trauma and ordered him confined to a mental hospital until doctors determine if his Vietnam self can reintegrate.
