Greenwich Village Scandals of 1923 at Kenley Players
Review notes lively opening night energy and strong effects from Rip Taylor and Imogene Coca. Highlights include Taylor as host and tenor numbers, but pacing and some dance segments lag. Cast works hard, with exceptional dance and chorus, while Cyd Charisse’s performance underwhelms. Overall show has potential with ongoing edits and strong supporting turn by Coca.
