Saw Doctors plan Aug. 25 House of Blues stop in Cleveland
West Ireland based folk rock group The Saw Doctors, led by Davy Carton and Leo Moran, return to Northeast Ohio for an August 25 show at the House of Blues. The band, touring 2006's The Cure, notes growing American crowds and a mature album direction while maintaining strong success at home in Ireland with No. 1 singles N17 Hay Wrap and I Use ta Lover. Moran reflects on early rough Cleveland gigs turning into a loyal following, and the band jokes about preferring Japanese beers on tour over Guinness outside Ireland.
