American Opportunity Plan Explained To Elyria Rotary Club
A three man Elyria Chamber delegation explained the American Opportunity Program at the Rotary Club meeting in the YMCA. The plan aims to boost respect for the American way of life and counter communist influence, with a focus on employer employee relations, background company studies, and community education. Plans include a senior year Career Conference Day, junior achievement program sponsorship with Kiwanis, and open houses plus industrial exhibits, to run through 1951 52 with teachers visiting plants to align education with industry.
