Car kills boy on moped amid DUI charge in Elyria
A 15 year old Elyria youth died after his moped was hit from behind by a car on Abbe Road near Sandalwood Drive. The driver, Alan Kalaus of Westlake, 43, was charged with driving under the influence after a breathalyzer test.
